Privacy Policy

1. Overview

List Personalizer (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a SaaS product that helps users generate personalized cold emails using AI. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data. By using List Personalizer, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Your email address and password, used solely for authentication via Supabase.
  • Contact list data (CSV): Names, company names, job titles, and any other fields you upload in your CSV. This data is processed in-memory to generate emails and is stored in our database only as part of your saved campaign results.
  • Email templates: The template text you write and optionally save within the app.
  • Usage data: A count of emails generated per month, used to enforce your plan limit.
  • Billing information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate AI-personalized email copies using the Anthropic API (Claude). Contact data is sent to Anthropic solely for this purpose and is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies.
  • To authenticate you securely and maintain your session.
  • To enforce plan limits and track monthly usage.
  • To save your campaigns and templates so you can retrieve them later.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Authentication and database storage. Data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database.
  • Anthropic API: AI email generation. Contact data (name, company, role, and any extra CSV columns) is transmitted to Anthropic's API to produce personalized email text. Anthropic's API is not permitted to train on API-submitted data by default.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe handles all billing data and is PCI-DSS compliant.

5. Data Retention

Campaign results and templates are stored until you delete them or close your account. Usage counts are reset monthly. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption for data in transit and Supabase row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at Sal@btpx.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

List Personalizer uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
