Terms of Service

By creating an account or using List Personalizer (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

List Personalizer is a web application that allows users to upload contact lists and generate AI-personalized cold email drafts using Claude AI (Anthropic). The generated emails are provided as drafts for user review and are not sent automatically.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send or facilitate spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL).
• Upload contact data you do not have the legal right to use.
• Use the Service for harassment, threats, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Free plan: 25 AI-generated emails per month at no charge. No credit card required.
• Starter plan ($29/month): 500 AI-generated emails per month.
• Pro plan ($49/month): 2,000 AI-generated emails per month.

Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Unused email credits do not roll over to the next month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid plan until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at Sal@btpx.tech.

The Service and its underlying technology are owned by List Personalizer. You retain ownership of your templates and contact data. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated email content will achieve any particular result, including reply rates, deliverability, or compliance with any specific legal standard in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, List Personalizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
